Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned prior to your request for a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your items upon receipt of your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and address it appropriately.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (e.g. food, fresh flowers, plants), customized items (e.g. special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Sorry, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and purchase a new item separately once your return has been accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without showing any justification. As above, but the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and pay your refund.
